Our Office
Our building includes over 1900 square feet of office space. The first floor office is designed to accommodate a small business that requires multiple rooms and movable partitions. A restroom and kitchen are available for the tenant, along with ample storage, a conference room, and executive office.
Tenants enjoy the benefits of ample parking, and a downtown presence. The newly remodeled space includes heating, air conditioning, electric, high-speed Internet, a phone line, and a security system.
